More Than Grandparents | The Kinship Care Notebook

Art Matters Now (AMN) was commissioned by More Than Grandparents to produce a new publication entitled The Kinship Care Notebook, with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The collaborative efforts of kinship carers and children at More Than Grandparents, along with the contribution of social historian Dr. Kate Gibson from the University of Manchester, made this book project possible. The Kinship Care Notebook is designed to celebrate the diversity of families in society and raise awareness of kinship care. It answers questions that you might have about kinship care and its history, while offering the points of view of real-life kinship families and children in the North East of England.
